Replenishment Planner
About the role
Join us at the heart of supply chain planning at Essity’s hub in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible of managing the daily replenishment (both for own produced Finished Goods and Bought In Finished Goods) needed to cover the Demand across the Network of Distribution Centers.
What you will do
Create/use the Information-to-Market list and collaborate with others to take actions and ensure maximum fulfilment of all customer orders.
Manage the daily replenishment of all Internal Distribution Centers (IDCs) (for finished goods and merchandise covering Transport Load Builder (TLB) Demand, respecting lead times and managing incidences.
Manage interface with outsourcing partners for external warehousing and transports with Warehouse Excellence
Contribute to the fulfilment of KPIs set for Replenishment Planning
Embedding Planning Excellence tools and processes into the way of working and be a champion of continuous improvement by identifying when system does not deliver expected results to drive proper RCA process.
Provide information and supports when needed to phase-in-phase-out activities and projects.
Who you are
University degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Communicating fluently in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience in planning within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and influencing skills across teams and stakeholders.
Excellent Excel skills. Knowledge using Power BI and SAP are a plus.
Excelling in organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
Driving performance with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
