As a Production Planner, you’ll transform forecasts into action—balancing priorities, resources, and timelines to keep production running smoothly. It’s a dynamic, hands-on role with real impact, ideal for someone ready to grow in a collaborative, international environment.

We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We’re always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves. If this is you, we’d love to talk.

What you will do

  • Planning and prioritizing daily operations to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.

  • Creating mid- and long-term production plans (3 to 16 weeks), including capacity reviews and resource alignment.

  • Aligning finished goods supply with the latest production plan to meet market demands.

  • Monitoring production progress through reports and data analysis, identifying gaps and escalating issues when needed.

  • Communicating planning changes across production teams and markets to ensure alignment.

  • Updating forecasts, capacity, and production performance in collaboration with Supply Managers.

  • Reviewing and adjusting production plans weekly with Department Leaders.

  • Gathering insights on market trends, capacity constraints, and site-specific factors (e.g. holidays, projects).

  • Planning product phase-ins/phase-outs and supporting the introduction of new products with the Site Initiatives Leader.

  • Maintaining accurate master data in SAP to support planning and reporting processes.

Who you are

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Communicating fluently in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Experience in planning within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills across teams and stakeholders.

  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, SAP, etc.)

  • Excelling in organization, analysis, and problem-solving.

  • Driving performance with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

  • University degree in Business or Engineering.
