Growing up, Maria had over 70 penpals from all over the world. She dreamt of working in a field where she could nurture her interests in languages and different cultures. Her current job as a Global Employer Attractiveness & Talent Acquisition Manager at the leading hygiene and health company Essity, is meeting all those criteria.
During the past year, we have had time to develop our GO! program into being more global to its character, which will benefit the participants in terms of networking and future opportunities. GO! offers recent graduates a position with responsibility from day one. With support from their manager, they will learn how Essity works in a hands-on-fashion and be encouraged to drive their own career based on business needs. The program consists of different learning modules and job rotations taking place over a 24-month period.
